Opmore turns how your company runs into a playbook that Sticky answers from, in the chat apps and AI tools your team already uses. That means we hold real knowledge and, if you connect tools, real access. This page is a plain account of how we handle it today. Your playbook is stored in the EU
The core app runs on a Stockholm VPS and your playbook database is hosted in the EU (Ireland), operated by our team in Sweden. When Sticky writes a reply or runs an interview, the relevant content goes through OpenRouter to the AI model providers we name in our privacy policy. Most of them are outside the EU, largely in the United States, and some are Chinese or Singaporean. Voice goes to ElevenLabs in the United States. The policy lists every provider and where it runs.
We do not train on your data
We never train models on your data. Your content goes to the AI providers named in our privacy policy, reached through OpenRouter, only to generate the replies, interviews and voice you ask for. In interviews, the text goes only to companies that run the models without keeping any of it or training on it. That does not cover voice, which runs through ElevenLabs.
You own the playbook
The playbook is yours. Ask us and we export it in a machine-readable format or delete it, and we action export and deletion requests within 30 days. When you leave, nothing is held back beyond what we are legally required to keep, like invoices.
Sticky only touches what you connect
Sticky does not get blanket access to your tools. It reads your playbook and acts only through the specific connections you grant, each one scoped, and you can disconnect any of them yourself at any time.
Credentials are scoped per integration
Each tool you connect is its own scoped credential, authorized through Pipedream Connect. Connect only what a task needs, and disconnect any of them yourself at any time.
Self-hosting on Enterprise
On Enterprise we can talk about running Opmore on infrastructure you control and pinning which model processes your data. Ask us on a call what is possible for your setup.
Where we are today
We are a small team building this in the open, so we are not going to wave certifications we have not earned. We only claim what we can back up, and our privacy policy has the full data-flow detail, including where your content is processed. As we grow, the formal side grows with us, and we will say so here when it does.
